18 Feb 2012 - North Ferriby Athletic 1 Town 4 After two blank weeks due to the wintry weather, Town were back in action and claimed three points at Brough with goals from Kris Tate, Ben Luntley (2) and an own goal from Ferriby's Mark Chaikin. 28 Jan 2012 - Hessle Sporting Club 2 Town 1 Town could only manage a penalty from Jamie Patterson as Town sank to defeat on the 3G pitch at South Hunsley School. 21 Jan 2012 - Town 3 Driffield FC 0 Town clocked up their tenth successive home league win of the season with a 3-0 win over Driffield. Town went ahead on 8 minutes through a Jamie Patterson penalty, and went further ahead through two Neil Fryirs goals after 16 and 23 minutes. 14 Jan 2012 - Brandesburton 3 Town 0 Town never got started and were well beaten on an atrocious pitch at Brandesburton. 7 Jan 2012 - Town 9 Withernsea 1 The new year began with a bang, Ben Luntley netting four times in a one-sided game. Other scorers were Aidan Thomas 2, Kris Tate, Sean Exley and Danny Collins.
21 Dec 2011 - League Cup draw The draw has been made for the quarter finals of the HPL League Cup. The two remaining Division One sides have been drawn together, in a match which will take place at Hessle in February (exact date to be decided). Full draw: Hodgsons v Chalk Lane, Crown v N Ferriby Utd Res, Hornsea v Reckitts, Hessle United v Scarborough Town. 17 Dec 2011 - Malet Lambert 0 Town 5 Malet Lambert's unbeaten home record was smashed to pieces as Town registered a fine 5-0 away win on the artificial surface at Malet Lambert College. Neil Fryirs set Town on their way with a superb free kick after only five minutes, and the other goals were registered at regular intervals by Jamie Bradshaw (2), Ben Luntley and Jason Darling. 10 Dec 2011 - Town 6 Scarborough Athletic Reserves 1 Town came from a goal down to register a comprehensive and well-deserved 6-1 win. Amongst the goalscorers was Ben Briggs with his first goal for the club. 3 Dec 2011 - Hessle United 3 Town 4 Town came through a tough examination by a hard-tackling Hessle outfit who had not previously lost a league game at home. Town went 1-0 down in the first half, but came storming back through goals from Jamie Patterson, Neil Fryirs and Sean Exley to lead 3-1. A Hessle penalty was immediately countered by a Danny Collins strike to put Town 4-2 up, and although Town conceded a late third they held on to win. 26 Nov 2011 - Town 7 North Ferriby Athletic 0 Town had anticipated a hard game against third-placed Athletic, but Town scored three times between the 17th and 19th minutes to decide the game. Town added another before half time and three more in the second period to win 7-0 and extend their home record to seven wins out of seven games..

On the scoresheet against Howden were Jamie Patterson (2), Neil Fryirs (2), Aidan Thomas, Ben Luntley, Ricky Nock, Sean Exley and Danny Collins 12 Nov 2011 - Town 6 East Riding Rangers 2 Town were 2-0 ahead within 11 minutes and never looked in danger of dropping points as they eased to a 6-2 win. Scorers were Ben Luntley (2), Jamie Patterson, Martyn Ferrey, Sean Exley and Neil Fryirs.
8 Nov - North Riding Senior Cup - Pickering Town 2 Scarborough Town 1 A pulsating game of football with the result in doubt till the end. Martyn Ferrey scored for Town as they pushed Pickering all the way. 5 Nov 2011 - Driffield E.I. 2 Town 2 Town built up a 2-0 lead but then had Sean Exley undeservedly dismissed for a second yellow card and the home team fought back to level the scores.
29 Oct - Withernsea 1 Town 5 Town stormed into a 4-0 lead after only 30 minutes at Withernsea, and held on to win comfortably 5-1. Ben Luntley (2), Kris Tate, Ryan Jackson and Chris Nelson got the goals. 22 Oct - Town 5 Long Riston 3 Town came back from 3-1 down at half time to earn a well-deserved win against Long Riston. Town's goals came from Ben Luntley, Kris Tate, Neil Fryirs, Danny Collins, and an own goal. 15 Oct 2011 - County Cup - Cargo Fleet 2 Town 1 Town failed to upset the form book and departed the county cup at Cargo Fleet who are undefeated in this trophy for nearly three seasons. Town were 2-0 down at the break but Neil Fryirs scored straight after the restart and Town dominated the remainder of the game without being able to force another goal. 8 Oct 2011 - Town 3 Hessle United 0 Town kept up the pace at the top of the league with a well-deserved 3-0 win over Hessle United. Neil Fryirs (2) and Ben Luntley were on the scoresheet. 6 Oct 2011 - League Cup Draw Town, having been given a bye in the first round, have been drawn at home to Howden in the Second Round of the HPL League Cup. The date of the game is yet to be announced. 1 Oct 2011 Town 3 Hessle Sporting Club 0 Town achieved their first "clean sheet" of the season in a convincing 3-0 win over Hessle Sporting Club. Sean Exley, Jamie Bradshaw and Martyn Ferrey scored the goals. 24 Sept 2011 Town 0 Stanningley Old Boys 1 Town came unstuck in their first Cup venture of the season, losing to a solitary goal in first half stoppage time in the Yorkshire Old Boys Shield. 17 Sept 2011 Town 2 Driffield Institute 1 Town were deserving winners with Jamie Bradshaw and Lee Cappleman (pen) on the scoresheet. Driffield replied late on. 10 Sept 2011 Town 5 Brandesburton 3 Town were involved in another high-scoring game when they entertained Brandesburton. Town came back from 2-1 down at half time to win 5-3. The goals came from Kris Tate (2), Jamie Bradshaw, Lee Cappleman and an own goal. 3 Sept 2011 - Bransholme Athletic 6 Town 4 Bransholme continued their unbeaten start with a nail-biting win over Town. In the 88th minute Town failed to convert a penalty which would have made the score 5-5, but Athletic broke away to seal the game in added time. 27 Aug 2011 - Driffield FC 1 Town 9 Town made it three wins out of three with a crushing win at Allotment Lane. Kris Tate, Sean Exley and Lee Cappleman each netted twice. 23 Aug 2011 - Town score five past Athletic The local derby against Scarborough Athletic Reserves ended in a convincing 5-1 win for Town at Filey Sports Ground. The goals came from Jamie Bradshaw, Martyn Ferrey, Neil Fryirs and Lee Cappleman, along with an own goal from Athletic's Dom Richardson. 20 Aug 2011 - Town start with a win at Howden Town won 4-1 at Howden to celebrate their debut in the Humber Premier League. 11 Aug 2011 - Cup draws published Town have received a bye in the first round of the Humber Premier League's League Cup competition. In the Yorkshire Old Boys Shield, Town will be at home to Stanningley Old Boys on Saturday 24th September. 23 Jul 2011 - Pre-season friendly - Fishburn Park 1 Town 2 With a number of players absent, boss Shaun Rennison played the full game at centre half and led his team to a deserved win over the Teesside League outfit. After 12 minutes Darren Jones latched on to a through ball and clipped it over the keeper to put Town ahead, and on 18 minutes Carl Hepples headed home to increase the lead. A super long-range effort from Fishburn Park just before half time reduced the deficit, but there was no further scoring in the second period.
20 July 2011 - Town 0 Huntington Rovers 1 Town finally got back into action with a pre-season friendly against Huntington of the York Premier League. Town played some excellent football in an entertaining and keenly-contested game, but it was the visitors who scored the only goal midway through the first half.
29 June 2011 - "Renno" takes over at Town Scarborough Town are delighted to announce the appointment of former Scarborough FC favourite Shaun Rennison as manager for the coming season. "Renno" made nearly 150 appearances scoring 9 times for Boro between 1998 and 2003. He makes the step up from local league football where he has been running Cayton Corinthians. One of Shaun's first jobs is to hold an "open" training game at 6.30pm next Wednesday (6th July) at University of Hull Scarborough Campus, Filey Road, Scarborough..
